Hey!  It’s Release Day at Taylored Expressions and I have several projects to share.  I was actually planning to play along yesterday when the Baker’s Dozen showed off some fabulous home decor, but my computer had other ideas!  So today, I’m here to share a couple of cards featuring brand new products along with my home decor project.  I’m having to type up this post away from home (as my computer is still not quite ready to make up with me), so I apologize for not having all the detailed info I would usually have.

Here’s my home decor project.  I had planned to have several close-up photos, but we’ll just have to make do with this one for today.

This is a KasierCraft Beyond the Page Photo Display frame with Webster’s Pages New Year New Year 6×6 papers. If you haven’t tried Webster’s Pages, I highly recommend them – so pretty!! I used 3 new stamp sets – A Life She Loved, When Your Heart Speaks and Sunshiny Day.  I absolutely adore all of these new sets and couldn’t wait to play with them!  I’m just sorry I wasn’t able to get a better photo. Oh and I also used a set released last month – Shade Tree Scriptures.

My next project is a card featuring the new Sketched Blooms. Oh my word!  Did you see all the darling samples the team showed the other day.  This set is just sooo versatile!

I had so much fun with this card and I know I’m going to enjoy playing with this set lots more!  I embossed the bloom on TE Watercolor paper and watercolored it with inks and an aquapainter. The Circles Cutting Plate made the perfect background!  Labels Stacklets 3 framed out my flower.

My third project is a sympathy card featuring Care & Comfort II.  I worked with Taylor to come up with just the right combination of sentiments and verses to combine on both the outside and inside of cards, because it can be so hard to find the right words when you need a sympathy card.  I hope you’ll check out this stamp set.  Taylor did a beautiful job with the fonts and formatting of these sentiments.

I used the new Stroke of Genius stamp set to create the background on watercolor paper. The bouquet was created with new Taylored dies: Various Vases and Silhouette Stems 4. Here’s a look at the inside.  I like to have the option to put a Bible verse on the inside left and a sentiment on the inside right as I’ve done here:

All of the products featured can be found in the New Department in the TE Store!

Before you head out to shop, let’s check out what the Baker’s Dozen has come up with today:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello, Jami! Well, look how long it took me to make it over here… a month since your last post. So much goodness all wrapped up in one, though. Love your home decor project, particularly. This was probably my favorite ever TE release. If I didn’t have so many stamps already… but if I saw these at our local papercrafts store on my next outing I’d probably not resist. Hope you’re well and life is good. Sometimes you have to cut back in one place to make room for something else, right? So many things to do and enjoy! Have a good day!
