More is More

Oh my goodness – I’ve been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get ready for CHA (Craft and Hobby Association trade show) coming up this weekend.  The actual show doesn’t start until Sunday, but my friend Lori flies in Friday and there’s a class Saturday afternoon and a fun gathering Saturday night.  Even though the Convention Center is only 20 minutes away, I’m staying in a hotel with a bunch of girlfriends for two nights and it’s just like getting ready for a long distance trip (minus the airport).  I’ll be busy non-stop Friday through Tuesday.  🙂

I have a quick little Valentine project to share with you tonight.

These are Peppermint Patties in a clear envelope. I got this idea while blog surfing awhile back and I really apologize that I cannot remember whose blog I saw this on.  The original one I saw used Happy Heart Day.  When I saw how cute the scallop punch is with Boho Backgrounds I knew I wanted to do something like this as a Valentine favor/gift.  I just love this image – especially the way it works with 3 sized punches for layering.

Over the next week my blogging may be a little inconsistent, but I promise I will take lots of pictures and have some cool stuff to share while I’m at CHA (between squeals and hugs of course!) so be sure to check in.  Thanks for stopping by.
