Portland ROCKS!

Wow! I mean really Wow! I never could have imagined 5 years ago that I would have friends all over the country that would fly so many miles to be together and just LAUGH and love each other. I am truly amazed. There was a basic group of 14 of us that hung out together for 2 1/2 days. Lots of these ladies had not met each other before in person and yet it was like long time friends just picking up where we had left off. What an incredible blessing and a ROCKIN’ good time! This was all made possible by Splitcoaststampers and the relationships developed there.
On Friday most of us attended the Stampin’ Up! Regional Seminar where I got my picture taken with Shelli Gardner (SU Founder) – may she live forever. 🙂
Cami gave an AWESOME presentaion – and she didn’t even need the pink barf bag Lisa decorated for her. (oops – editing to say that Jess made the barf bag!) I’m hoping someone else got a better group shot, but here’s the best one I have.

There were some wonderful project ideas presented and I hope I took good enough notes to try them out when I get home.
We were on the go the entire time and it went by soooooo fast! Curt flew in last night to join me and all the girls departed early this morning. I think there were a few tears shed. I’m supposed to be seeing my BFF Ruth today and tomorrow (she moved up here a few years ago), but the poor thing is sick with the flu! So we’re playing it by ear. Paper Zone and Craft Warehouse are calling my name at the moment. Either that or a nap!

Great pictures Jami! I was thrilled to meet you at the dinner on Friday! I wish I would have seen Cami’s presentation but, alas, I needed to go on Saturday so I could go with my upline. Glad you had a great time! :o)

I love you Jami!! I had SO much fun with everyone!! Thanks for making me feel bombalicious!! I’m SO thankful for each and every one of you AMAZING women.
I’m bummed I didn’t get a hug from your husband though….. or see the Slim Jim duds. I didn’t think you’d appreciate a knock on your door early this am. Enjoy the rest of your trip!!
